The one-time cleaning fee is USD 50 (apartments) / USD 80 (bungalows) / USD 100 (private villa).
Electricity usage is FREE up to 15 kW per one-bedroom per day, 30 kW per three-bedroom per day or 40 kW per villa per day.
Overuse will be charged at USD 0.45 per kW. Exclusive 7% LOG (Government Room Tax).
Taxes: Non-residents pay 7% Room Tax.
